At Dollar Saver Fresh Market, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help!


Return Eligibility:

You may return items if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return is made within 7 days of the purchase date

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen food)
  • Opened or partially used items
  • Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Refund Process:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment
  • For purchases made with cash, refunds will be issued in cash
  • For purchases made with credit/debit cards, refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your account
  • Store credit may be offered for eligible returns without a receipt, subject to manager approval

Exchange Policy:

If you’d prefer to exchange an item, we’re happy to assist if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days
  • A similar item is available in stock
