Return Eligibility:
You may return items if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- The return is made within 7 days of the purchase date
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen food)
- Opened or partially used items
- Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Process:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment
- For purchases made with cash, refunds will be issued in cash
- For purchases made with credit/debit cards, refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your account
- Store credit may be offered for eligible returns without a receipt, subject to manager approval
Exchange Policy:
If you’d prefer to exchange an item, we’re happy to assist if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The exchange request is made within 7 days
- A similar item is available in stock
